It's a sad world we live in when teenagers roam the streets of London looking for innocent people to beat up (and kill)

I don't know what is wrong with these people, I mean, I wasn't a teenager that long ago and I dont remember ever thinking about doing anything remotely like this? Neither would any of the other kids in my area Are these kids not brought up knowing whats right and wrong :x

I think current analysis of deterrent psychology states that high penalties don't stop people from committing crimes, it's the possibilty of being caught that does.

Take for example the act of giving someone a cheeky half, which is of course supply of class A drugs.

10yr means 10yrs. not 2yrs or whatever it is you "only have to serve".

Sorry to hear that Sil, my point was being that I used to think the way you do, until my cousin was stabbed to death, the bloke who done it got 2 and half years, woop! I'd happily see him dead, sorry if that sounds harsh, but just the way I feel. Or on the other hand they should just be locked up indefinately. (In some situations anyway, not all)
