Did it really, fab for Giles and co :D Altho I don't know if I want every man and his dog jumping on the secretsundaze bandagon  It's been busiest enough the last 2 summers and it's not really a secret anymore, they're going to either have to move to bigger venues next year or make it more secret again ;)

Deserves it by a mile...it's the best thing to come out of this country in years - leagues ahead of the rest and on a par with Ibiza.

But M___???

NOOOOOO! It's officially ruined.

I really do believe this is the beginning of SecretSundaze mediocrity now. :x

No I don't think it will, they've never wanted it to be like this, they'll just make it more secret and 'exclusive' again  ;)

It was only last year that they even started charging a fiver to get in cos you were getting a few idiots turning up just cos it was somewhere to go that was free. They'll just move to different venues/invite only etc and cos Jamie is practically bezzie mates with Giles we'll be fine  ;)

Theres a 2 page article on it too... Its actually quite well written and accurate. Ive been looking at the pics to see if I could spot you two lurking somewhere but still no luck

I think many of the SS regulars might be a bit annoyed about this extra publicity its getting. Hopefully by next summer people would have forgotten about it ;)

Indeed - nothing worse than people putting their heart and soul into something for other people to enjoy AND finally eeking a living out of it with some commercial success. The bastards. I'm getting off the bandwagon now. They're not as good as they used to be you know. And that'll be my opinion until they agree to go back to doing events for 50 people in a rolled-up newsaper, in a septic tank, in a hole in the road. :P

Giles, James and Kristophe have never done secretsundaze for the money, they get that and all the recognition they need with their other ventures, that's why for ages secretsundaze was free and why it's never been advertised, even now they barely cover costs charging a fiver, they just do it for the love  ;)

I stand corrected. I'm sure I've seen Secret Sundaze bill posters though? Although perhaps that for events other people have booked them for and they've included it.

Countdown until Babs says Secret Sundaze aren't as good as they used to be...1.....2.....3....4

No they never advertise it (not the ones round London on a Sunday anyway), that's why it's a secret - geddit  ;)

And it's secretsundaze (all one word Mr Spelling/Grammar man  )

Exactly, it had already gone downhill and that's before Mixmag jumped on the bandwagon   I dread to think what the summer of 2006 is going to bring, new bandwagon for us lot methinks

Tom just went and got it, it's a really good article for Mixmag. The one in particular they're talking about is the supersecret one they put on @ The Poet the wk before we went to Ibiza, I'm trying to find us in the picture cos I know where we were dancing from 2pm-10pm.
