Sea and Pool Views

Hello
I must bring to attention of holiday makers the Rip off charges for Sea And Pool views

when booking if you require Sea or Pool views and they are paid for extras please ask if they are full views as in most of the tour ops T&Cs there is normaly a clause stating
VIEWs These cannot be guaranteed to be full views and may be obstructed with building or plants ,
the reason I post this is I payed extra for a seaview and ended up with a treeview and because silly me did not read T&Cs (which I am sure most people dont read )
I cant get a refund for the extra paid :cry: a mistake I wont make again ,
Please read the small print as I have done now and there are loads of get out clause,s

It wasnt the ses sevines by any chance or the Arenal, had a similar experience last year and ended up with a full tree view instead of a sea view, luckily they moved me to something more appropriate as the hotel was quiet.

Those terms and conditons are similar with other sites, i did see them through the agent i booked with and was aware that the hotel had trees in front of it, it was just my lucky i ended up with the worrst view.

The moral of the story is to do your research about the hotel before you book, including sourcing our pictures of it from the front especially if that view is oh so important to you

Hello you guest correct Ses Savines rooms above the bar area about 6 on each floor till you get top floor and see over them , I suppose after 20 times in ibiza getting caught out once aint bad :) I observed the trees on the pics but also noticed rooms without trees and with paying extra though we would get one of those but thats to complicated for the tours operators with a pound signs for brains and common sense in there feet , they expect us to be trampled on and just take it ( Afraid Not )


This rule goes for all holidays in there brochures any where in the world not just IBIZA
 
I wasnt happy too when i arrived, not just because of the trees but because of the noise above the bar, so they shipped us around the corner to the ses sevines self catering part which was much better. We still got a sea view (partial) but the rooms were far nicer and much more modern and the aircon was free unlike in the main part of the hotel.

Luck of the draw Im afraid but it makes me wary now.:?
 
Awww crap! Im booked into the ses sevines hotel and paid extra for a sea view. Im going to be worrying about it now till i get there as i wil be really pissed off if the view isnt half decent! It was £80 in total for a sea view for the 2 weeks
