I normally hire our scooters from A.Turbo,in the bay. But last year they were a bit battered,it was the back end of September,so I know they've been used all summer. The costumer service used to be pretty good there,they never used to take my deposit straight away,and were quite chilled out,they used to just the block the card payment and when I took the bikes back everyone was happy. But last year the new girl in there ( who wasnt a local or spanish) was a bit militant,wanted deposit paid upfront,which wasn't a problem got the money back when I off hired the bikes,as you do.

Almost next door to A.Turbo was a place called LAM Motorbikes. The scooters were spotless ,but I've never seen anyone in there,and the fella I got chatting to there said i didn't need a deposit ,just a passport ,and his bike were cheaper than A.Turbos. basically is this place,'lam motorbikes'ok?

I actually just asked around in the office but sadly no one knows them. I've checked their facebook now (haven't even got a proper website it seems), to me it seems this is a new place? looks alright by the look of it but maybe they just opened up shop mid season last year? not sure.
