Saturday Nights

Hey,

Looking at the calender the sat night probably looks the poorest of them all! What do you recommend for a saturday night, into nights like cream,gods kitchen etc. Also like stuff a littler harder, cox etc. Is the defmix a good night?

These days Saturday is my day of rest in Ibiza ready for Space on Sundays but if I was going anywhere it would be to Pacha for Defmix, proper soulful American house with the likes of David Morales and Frankie Knuckles playing. It might be a bit soulful for you tho if you like it harder :?
 
We like to rest too on Saturday, or maybe just do a small session down Bora Bora?

Def Mix is alright, nothing spectacular :roll:
 
I will be going to El Divino on Sat night for some Hed Kandi ;)

Not sure whats confirmed on in San An on Sat nights :?:
 
Last time I was in Ibiza I noticed Saturday night was the night I didn't really want to do anything!? a little bit ironic since at home it is the only night I want to go out!! :roll:
 
hey all. i've been trying to figure out the same for saturday night. its going to be SOOOO tough to get in on Saturday around 7 pm and not go anywhere on my first night! how will i restrain myself???

defmix and hedkhandi sound good but i want to do sunday @ space! any suggestions for how to hold myself back???
 
Think it's because Saturday is the main changeover day in Ibiza so most promoters avoid that night.

Whenever I've been, Saturday night has been the one night to venture into the West End and get drunk for a ridiculously small amount of dosh....
 
instead of spending your money going out for the sake of it do what we do and spend that money on a nice meal somewere.

Go and have a nice meal somewhere after visiting the sunset strip...

If you are in San An then visit Orange corner / Bar M for a few drinks after ya meal!
 
It will be our first night out in ibiza, surely cant go out for a quiet meal? What is the music at Hedkandi (sp) like? What dj's do they usually have playing.
 
ummm... what the heck is "poofy" house? sorry if i sound ignorant but that's an honest question. i've never heard that expression! :lol:
 
Saturdays are traditionally a quieter clubbing night in Ibiza

i would take the opportunity to enjoy the Ibiza Town energy on saturday night..always a vibrant place it seems to take it to a higher level on a saturday night!
 
yep, thats why its usually not as big a night....


note that not a lot of "big" promoters want saturday slots -

dave pearce even switched his Euphoria night from sat to fri to avoid the changeovers even tho it clashed with fellow radio 1 dj Tong
