Fundacion NYC is the sound of Sasha’s new Ableton/Maven DJ set-up in live action and intuitively matches some of the coolest electro-house sounds around with forgotten classics he has revived and reworked. It’s also a mirror of his recent residency sets at crobar in New York City. Sometimes as many as five tracks come together at once to create completely new tunes, though Sasha’s innate ability to clarify and streamline sound means things never get over-crowded. Instead Fundacion captures a great DJ having the time of his life. “It’s completely re-energised me again,” says Sasha. “I’m jumping up and down in the DJ booth. And people can feel that on the dance-floor, they know.”
The Limited Edition features special packaging and an exclusive 20 page deluxe insert booklet.

yeah he isn't exactly a fireball up there usually, is he? I normally hate that, but for some reason it doesn't bother me too much when he does it.
