Opinions??

all my fav sasha/digweed/northern expo albums, i thought were poop the first time i heard them.

so this one must be good too.


BUT why do our american cousins feel the need to chant "Ale-xan-der" "Ale-xan-der" "Ale-xan-der" at every opportunity. why would they do that??:x :?

its like, i wouldn't mind if somehow "alexander" was a more intimate/personal name for him but everyone calls him Sasha.:roll: family, friends, girlfriend, promoters, DJs........he is just Sasha.
 
Basically, it's the same as if everyone calls you "Grego" and you're known around the world as Grego but people chanted the name "Gregory".

What exactly did my American brethren get up to? Are they audible on one of Sasha's mixes?

(Edit: just realized it was recorded in California. that doesn't count as "American"! :lol:)

yeah but if people started chanting "Gregory" to me, i'd be like :roll: :roll: :roll: and promptly have some kind of diva tantrum or somethin.

maybe its an "LA/sasha joke" and i'm just not in-the-know enough to get it. i suppose the man like wouldn't have allowed it on the cd if he didn't mind it.

ok yeah, but as i said in my first post, all my favs of his have been long term growers that become classics. think this one could be the same.

quite electronicy, ploopy/pleepy and trancey in parts too. on first listen and i am happy to stand corrected, it lacks those tracks with the haunting vocals that i love in his sets.........................e.g. orbital - nothing left, bt - mercury and solace8) 8)
