When I return to Ibiza for my 9th visit to the island I am staying in the lovely resort of Santa Eulalia. On previous visits there I have only been for a short visit (for the day etc)

Can anyone give any tips on bars, resturants, walks and/or places of interest:?:

Also where is the best place for picking up advance tickets for clubs:?:

Thanks ;)

You wanna go to the Royalty cafe/bar. Its right smack back in the middle of the centre situated on the corner. You can't miss it. Its next door to the banca march. Does excellent cakes, is a great place to sit and chat. Everyone goes there. Locals, tourists, young and old.

Just behind that you have what i call "The street of restuarants" and it is just that. Some good ones to. A good tapas bar, restaurants serving family food, chinese resturants, mexican, pizzeria, and the odd fancy restuarant also.

Then you've got the river walk. A really nice walk a long the river tha runs from sant eulalia to siesta (i think).

Also a walk along the prom to work off your dinner is always nice.

I've never been up to the old town. Think ibiza old town but on a much smaller scale.

There's lots to Santa Eulalia - i like it.

Thanks Robo - been to Royalty many times watching the world go by having a few Estrellas. Someone mentioned a good bar called Liquid (?) in the marina - do you know if its any good and what type of clientele it attracts:?:

The river walk is planned but do you know if its possible to walk to Cala Llonga too:?:

I've heard the fruit market is in the old town so I will be checking that out.

You can walk to cala Llonga, but its an not easy terrain.

Go to a beach called Niu Blu. Its just after santa Eulalia, on the road to Es cana. Its a lovely beach with pine trees for shade, and the beach bar/restaurant is very nice. Again you'll get a good mix of nationalities, and ages. Well worth it.

Haven't really been out in Santa Eulalia at night, sorry. Only place worth going that i know of is Guarana.....

the landlord of liquido occasionally visits this site. i'm sure he'll tell you it's THE cool bar in santa eulalia.
