I'm staying in Siesta, Santa Eulalia on the 22nd May and I'm looking for some local knowledge of nice restaurants in Siesta. I appreciate you pay a premium for food on the promenade so was wondering if there are any little gems off the beaten track worth eating at? Any help or ideas would be great. Ta

A big favourite in the Siesta area is the Siesta Grill. A must if you like good quality steaks and fish cooked on an outdoor BBQ. We always stay in Siesta and try to get there at least once every year. There is also a restaurant called 17 nearby. I haven't been there myself but it gets good reviews. The most popular bars in Siesta also do good freshly cooked food. My personal favourite is the Titanic, which has a good mix of Spanish, holidaymakers and expats and is busy every night.

if you like seafood, do the walk over to the santa eulalia main beach promenade and look out for 'o galego' - wholeheartedly recommended.
