S'Anfora and Fleming Hotels...Are They Nice??

Never stayed but my mate has just book the S`Anfora for 12 days hes staying there while we stay in the mar amantis !
Its looks to be a good walk to the beach but im not sure

I have stayed previously (about five years ago) in the Apollo next to the
S'amfora and they seemed very similar. Standard is very basic and if you just want a place to sleep then it's ok. I am not sure if its still 18-30 or not.
It is quite lively due to young crowd although a lot of people are looking
for lively. It is not far from the beachfront. About five mins walk to beach and about 10 mins into San An.
Its not luxury but I am sure you would rather be out and about enjoying what Ibiza has to offer anyway.
