Well you know mineThe Metropolitan is lovely, very swish, modern, funky style decor rooms. They're done in brown leather and are very comfortable. I wouldn't say they're massive rooms, pretty average size-wise. They are really nice though and you can get one with a really nice view of the park if you're lucky!
Plus you have the added bonus of Nobu downstairs which Im sure is right up your street!
I haven't stayed at The Sanderson, but I would definately recommend the Metropolitan if you like modern, stylish hotels.
College of mine, Bob Green, has gym membership at Saunderson and has stayed there on several occasions, he has also been to the met so when he is back I will ask him his views on both and let you know

Bob advises the saunderson - he said it much friendlier and the rooms are better, but advises to upgrade as the basic rooms can be quite small.
He mentioned that the met has a restaurant but said you're better off eating out in another restaurant anyway
However, Bob is a regular of the saunderson gym, and just like Downing always gets picked by Steve, I'd imagine Bob would choose saunderson...
Yep we would be looking at a suite - if you're going to stay there you may as well do it in style-eeeee![]()
Thank Bob very much, are we going to meet Bob with Tony on your leaving do![]()
