San Miguel (resort)

San Miguel is based around the hotels on it's steep sides - very pretty bay

If you can climb up and down the steps from the hotels, the beach is very good and is very very hot in July/August and the hotels have their own watersports facilities.
There is a bus service but really you need to hire a car while you are there for exploring the island as it is quite isolated.
 
San Miguel is very pretty, very small and nightlife extremley low key, but the main beauty about san miguel is the fact that it is in walking distance to Benirras beach, and the area is stunning.
