How long will you be in SF? Any plans on coming down to SoCal?
 
To be honest man Id love to, and if it were a different kind of holiday I would. We are goin down to LA as my brother and his wife have been asked to be best man and bridesmaid at their neighbour's wedding, and theres some kind of shower on for the ladies, meaning me and my brother will be with my nephew and the groom doing some whistlestop sightseeing.

Dunno what the midweeks in San Fran will involve but I'll be spending a lot of time with the wee man (doesnt sound very adventurous but im not over long). If I do go out for a drink it'll be midweek and it might be just on my jack jones. Not ruling out the possibility of getting a cheap hotel up town one night to have a scout about and check out a few places.

Thanks for the offer though amigo. Another time fo sho :)
 
I cant believe no one has mentioned the Dirty Bird scene!

Buzzin Fly radio always bangin on about Justin Martin, ive a few of his mixes on my phone for the journey funnily enough. Wait and see about clubbing. Im leavin here at 11pm and have a night to spend in the airport. Im hoping theres a gaggle of foreign birds doing the same thing but i know its probably wishful thinking :) )

Reckon its worth askin for a free upgrade everytime i go to check in?

it took me about 5 minutes to actually understand what you were going on about there


anyway, journey was well worth it :)

even managed to get pished in amsterdam en route (and still made it through the security interogation at schippol)

it seems i have a caterpillar allergy :?

lots of the little bastards falling out the trees (i say lots but its more like millions) and since california has all these anti-smoking rules, i have to walk down the street to get a cigarette through all these little bastard cater-fking-pillars everywhere...

one just crawled out my head ten minutes ago and im breaking out in a rash :(


other than that its been great thus far! looking forward to the LA part of the trip at the weekend. staying at the mariot hotel hapharently.
