anyone know what the public transport is like there? or is it just taxis?

Buses are cheap, clean and frequent and can get you into and out of the bay no problem or all around the most popular spots on the island if you like. Water Taxis are good for getting across the bay too and are on a par with the bus prices. Taxis are easy to come by most of the time but harder once the clubs are open.

Thanks suzie for posting that. save me loads in taxi fares, I never think of useing busses. I don't even go on busses in UK.

The most expensive bus is €2.40 and that takes you right across the island.

Get a timetable during the day as the bus statio office is closed at night. Disco Bus after 12
