San Antonio to Sa Caleta Beach

This will be the first time going with my girlfriend so instead of just sticking to the usual beach (S'arenal?!) we're wanting to travel to different beaches, Sa Caleta being one. Is there a bus that goes there from San Antonio? If not, how much roughly for a taxi?

There's no bus. Have you considered Calas; Conta, Bassa, Tarida, even Port des Torrent, all served by bus from SA.
And of course Cala Gracio, walkable from most parts of San An.

Cala Gracio is very under rated. Sa Caleta restaurant for their blind paella and Sa Caleta Cofffee is worth the visit. Not the best beach in the world though.

At Cala Gració now, thanks for the recommendation. Looking at going to Cala Conta tomorrow, where abouts is the bus stop in San Antonio that goes there please? It’s not the main terminal I don’t think.

Thanks mate. When I google’d it it said get the bus from Credito Belaer Ld (?) and not the bus station

Make sure to note the last bus of the day. It was tough to get a taxi out of there when we missed it and had to hoof it for quite a trek.

There is a crackin Chirenguito round the corner in a small cove.
It's not cheap, but the food and the setting is great

the mambo-owned chiringuito of cala gracioneta you mean? I love the small beach yeah, haven´t eaten there in years though.

We tried the now mambo-owned chiringuito a couple of weeks ago and were very disappointed by the experience; no one wanted to seat us when we arrived, then eventually the bar manager came over and let us choose a table. We asked if they served food (11.45am) and were told no, food service starts at 1pm (despite us having a 15% discount card saying 'join us for breakfast') so instead we had two miniscule, lukewarm coffees for €3 each. I wouldn't hurry back..
note to self: go to Sa Caleta next time!

Didn’t notice the dates on the bus timetables and that the summer one doesn’t start until 16/06 so been sat waiting for a bus to Cala Comte thinking it was just running late but the next ones not actually until 15:30 :spank: oops.
