Hey Guys,
I Am New To The Forum & The Site, Ok So I Have Booked Up For (28th June 2014 Till 13th July) And I Am Staying In San Antonio Bay And First Time To Ibiza.
My Question Is, Are The Clubs Fairly Close Or Are Some Taxi Drives Like: Pacha, Space, Amnesia, Privilege, Sankeys, Es Paradis, Eden, Ibiza Rocks, Ocean Beach Ibiza, Booom Ibiza, DC-10 Ibiza, Underground, Lio, Bora Bora, Gala Night, MOMA Ibiza, Grial.. Or Anything Else I Should Go Check Out??
Es Paradis, Eden, Ibiza Rocks, Ocean Beach Ibiza are in san an.Amnesia, Privilege, are on the highway to ibiza town.Pacha is in ibiza town.Space Sankeys are in playa den bossa.the rest not sure apart from dc 10 which is nesr the airport on the road to salt lakes.
To fill in the gaps in your list :
Gala Night - close to San Antonio (about 3-4km), off the road leading to Ibiza Town
Booom Ibiza, Grial & Lio - Ibiza Town (other side of the island). Grial is a stone's throw from Pacha
Underground - near Privilege/Amnesia (San Rafael), which are about mid-way between San Antoni and Ibiza Town/Playa d'en Bossa in the middle of the island
Bora Bora, MOMA Ibiza - in Playa d'en Bossa. Bora Bora is very close to Space at the South end of the beach and MOMA is within the Garbi Hotel towards the North end of the beach.
14 days is enough to check out a fair amount. Kumharas is close to San An Bay and is a very nice Sunset bar, much nicer than the famous ones like Savannah, Mambo, Cafe del Mar etc. which have become a tourist scrum. There's a local restaurant where you can get a proper meal for a few euros just up the road from it too, which can be a welcome relief. Keep an eye out for one-off parties too at places like Plan Be (near Ibiza Town), and the Playa d'en Bossa beach bars (Sirocco/Nassau/Sal Rossa/Sands etc.) .
If you have that long try to go see more of Ibiza than just clubs and San An/San An Bay. Take a few days out to hire a car and go the nice beaches north and west of where you're staying at least. Cala Xaracca, Cala Benirras, Cala Conta, Cala Carbo, Cala d'Hort & Cala Codolar for example. Without being overly ambitious, there are really nice places to go inland too, like Atzaro, San Carles de Peralta and Sa Talaia. On the East coast, Cala Mastella & Aigues Blanques (late morning till about 3pm especially). If you're feeling more adventurous then go to Formentera for a day on the ferry and rent a scooter. It'll really recharge you and give you a lift.
Consider reserving a block of time out of your stay for this and you're less likely to lapse into a trap of 14 days of party, collapse, wake up late afternoon, start over (with occasional day off collapsed on nearest towel)... which is very easy to do, very expensive and can start to give you less and less back after a few days - days merge into each other ... all too soon it's over in a big blur and you missed some of the best bits
