ahoy hoy. im goin 2 ibiza wid sum mates in july with the orient pre season warm up. wer all 16. does anyone know if we will b able to get into any of the big clubs or if we jus have 2 stick wid the little bars n stuff? pluuss... is ther alot of girls in my range coz i want some actiionn.

so if you see any leyton orient shiznet then thats us!!

oddly enough john, most hotels don't have creches.
are you implying that our young friend shouldn't be here because he's a 16 year old football and girl fan?

if i was you youngraver i'd stick to beer drinking in the little bars.
 
I know, just my idea of a bit of tongue in cheek although having spent the last twenty years or so both as a hotel tourist and more recently as a home owner on the island I have to say that young, football shirted Brits speaking like Ali G do tend in my humble opinion to be a pain in the rear end. Maybe I am just getting old.

Aii! indeed. Well played Youngraver. And welcome to Spotlight. You'll get in the clubs no worries, but they could be very expensive on a 16 year old's budget. There's loads of bars though. You'll have a great time.8)
 
All this anti young people/people who wear football tops stuff is starting to annoy me on here,alot of it about.

I wear football tops on holiday in Ibiza in the day time,because they are alot cooler than say a polo shirt etc....most of them if by adidas are clima cool and I dont talk or act like Ali G or any other chav.

Makes me laugh because all these ''brits in football tops'' so many people dont like,well imagine the trade in the west end without them eh?

I have been to Ibiza 3 times and all I have mett is friendly people,in football shirts,in hippie clobber,in nothing, whatever everyone is there for a good time...ok you get a few people singing in the west end when the world cup was on?,but people dont cause any harm.

The first time i went was when i was 17 by the way to the lad who started this thread,a few of my mates where 16 and they got into all clubs,you will not have a problem getting into them,buying drink,or anything.....have a nice trip pal :lol:
 
good to hear a few voices on here with a different view point mate:) . i am completely guilty of this myself, but there is a tendancy for forums to be dominated be a particular, sometimes cynical demographic. same people who would denounce snobbery in any other form often display it when it comes to ibiza. i'm 29 now and dont wear footy shirts as i am probably to concerned about the image (despite being a die hard liverpool fan). but i certainly once did and my euros were as valuable as anyone elses, and as you say 'everyone is there for a good time'.

Hello there youngraver welcome to the world of ibiza! once youve been youll never go anywhere else! You are your mates should be fine getting into any clubs allthough i would say if there was some young looking ones with you they might have a bit of bother getting into the BIG clubs and some odd bars might be picky but otherwise youll be fine. On the girl front i dont think theres many 16 year old groups of girls who go most are 18+ but if you lot fancy your chances get stuck in ;) . You'll be looking at upto 40 Quid each to get in the big clubs but if your into dance you'll love it. Ps watch what you lot are doing and avoid bother in the westend. Hope this helped :D

cheers jamouse, im into dance music and i think we will be able to get in, thers 9 of us and none of us look perticularly young so hopefully everything will go to plan...especially with the girls 8) .
