San Ant hotel reccomendations??

hey im planning a week away with my boy for the start of july and ive been looking into a few places to stay that are around San ant-so looking for somewhere fairly cheap but nice enough aswell....air con is a must!!! Anyone got any heads up on The brisa hotel, Florencio, or casa maria apartments??? or any other ideas would be great aswell!

I stayed at the Casa Maria Apartments last year and am staying again this year. Last year there was a good mix of nationalities, it was cheap, clean (maid service every other day) and fully air-conditioned. It's quiet during the day but might be a little close to the West End in the evenings depending on how old your boy is. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a bank just accros the road if you need to cash traveller's cheques. I'd probably avoid the roof-top pool if you have a youngster, but the beach at San An and the ferries to Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are within easy walking distance. A good place to stay!
 
Stayed at the Brisa 2 years in a row. brisa didn't have air con when i was there - that might have changed now. but the pool was good and it was in a great location - far enough to be quiet - but not a trek.

its lively in the day but suprisingly quiet at night. would recommend it for young couples.
