Hello just wondering if anyone could help me with this. I'm from Scotland and going to book up for July quite soon but unsure where to stay. I've stayed in San An the past 4 years and always wondered what it was like to stay in PDB the whole holiday. Is there much to do during the day and are there quite alot of other British tourists around?
Also how do the prices for restaraunts/ bars compare to San Antonio? I'm thinking about staying at the Jet.

Your words appreciated :)

I have been to both before, but playa when I was younger, didnt really impress me much! Stayed san an last year and had an amazing time...but I suppose it depends on what type of holiday your after!

Personally I think it depends what you plan on doing with your time and what clubs you will be going to most.

I stayed in San An last year and found myself getting buses and taxis to Playa Den Bossa all the time. I didn't have any nights out in San Antonio because none of the nights there were my thing.

ahhh, the age old debate. for what its worth, i didnt enjoy staying in pdb as much as i thought i would. its a bit a dump, in dire need of some improvements. very handy though. i stayed at bossa mar and we had no problem making lots of noise, it was actually encouraged by our neighbours.

im trying to get my pals to think about ibiza town for a change, not got my heart set on it mind, just throwing it into the decision arena. buildup of r1 weekend eejits in san an the week we will be there being my main reason!

pdb is a dump...but i'd still rather stay there than San antonio. I stayed in San Antonio last year for 2 nights before my friends arrived and will never do it again.

Its not like pdb is that nice, but is convenient if you head to space and bora bora a lot.

I think next time, I'd rather stay elsewhere

Thats my main issue with San An, most of the clubs I visit- Space, DC10, El Divino are in the lower part of the island, and I figured if I stayed in PDB would be able to get to more nights, it would cost a little less to get to San Rafael also. I'm just not sure if it would have the same atmos as San An- i wouldnt want to be bored by day. My friend says that taxi drivers are reluctant to take you from Ibiza town and San Rafael to PDB that theyd rather go to San An- can anyone help me with this one?
I would like to have a wee change this year though, hmm..

This one might come down to a toss of a coin  Thanks to everyone for your advice
