San An or Playa d'en Bossa?? Where to stay??

We’re 2 guys (in late twenties... :? ) coming to IBZ for the first time in beginning of July.

We’re only staying for 4 days and want to go for both beach and clubbing.

Any one with some advice on which area of the island stay? Have heard Playa d’en Bossa is lees invaded by teen package tour goers than San An. Is that a fact? :?:

Playa D'en Bossa has nicer beaches, and less teenagers, and it has Space and Bora Bora, San Antonio is possibly cheaper and has some lovely sunset bars, but not as nice in general in my opinion

If you are looking for a really 'nice' beach, then playa den'bossa aint it. it is fine but has bora bora which more than makes up for the ok-ness of the acutal beach.

there are loads of beautiful beaches on the island but, obviously really, they tend not to be the ones with millions of hotels in front of them. There are no proper beaches in downtown San An.

Ibiza by.

Thnks for reply. Had a look at Hostal Marina and must admit it looks very nice. But I think it looks more like a place to bring your girlfriend... ;)

Any recommendations for a small hotel/app on the beach in Playa d'en Bossa? (tops 100 euro/day).

Will probably rent a car. Which beach is THE nicest on the island?

Thnks,
A

both places are shit...sanan has the westend, and playa den bossa a new bar called mananama deutscher biergarten 8O ......aaaarrrrrrrrrgggghhhhhhhhh

Okayyyy.... so how 'but some info on places that are'nt shit???

Did you mention Callella in Spain (just south of BCN)??? My friend's wife told me to check out that place when I go to BCN. She told me that she went there with one of her girlies (when she was living in Denmark). Do a lot of Danes go there? Have you been there? I was also told by one of my colleagues (another Dane) that Malaga is a pretty hot spot for y'all.

its a typical danish kiddy place with bad food, bad hotels and mediocre beaches. I´d avoid it like the plague honestly!

I’ve visited a friend in Malaga city, and found it extremely nice. Very different from the surrounding resort villages like Marbella, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Furingionla ect.
Malaga is an old Spanish city with lost of big squares, good restaurants, bars etc. And you hardly won’t see any other tourists there. And for that reason the locals speak very little English since they’re not used to dealing with foreigners. But they’re all extremely friendly.

And if you are a tall blond guy, you’ll get a lot of attention from Spanish girls…

okay...def. best place to live in a hotel is talamanca (near pacha), and eivissa (ibiza town), if you live in a villa (a car is nessesary!), I would prefer the area called san jose (district!) which is the whole south of the island...hope I could help you...

Laguna,

Calella it's north of BCN and actually there are two villages called Calella: Calella de Mar, horrible place similar to Lloret and Calella de Palafrugell, very charming fisherman's village norhter than the other one.
