San An is it becoming more cosmopolitan?

I was in San An on Saturday night and couldn't help but notice there seemed to be alot of non english speaking people about, spanish, german, french, italians etc.

This i thought was a good thing, but was it a one off night or have other people noticed it? it was once was about 90% english, but seemed to me only 60% english.

what do you guys think?

This is not a bad thing. Mos Def, if I'm gonna go to Spain, I want to see non-English too. Nothing against the English, but If I want to surround myself with English culture, I'll go to England. The cool part about 'biza is it's a Mediterranian resort. You see that there more than ever.
