Question to those in the know.
We're looking at staying somewhere around Playa Pinet in San An Bay, are there any boats close by that go to San An central? Or is it a taxi \ walk?

Going back to 2010 there was a water taxi from the beachfront outside San Remo across the bay to San An central. About €4 pp. (& I wanna say €6 return but could be wrong)

Looks like only a short walk from your hotel on google maps if it still runs - presumes it does as it was popular back then.

You can walk it - about 20mins I'd say. Personally i wouldn't bother with a land taxi, but I guess it depends how inebriated you are!

Floating around the bay is a different matter ;)

sure it (still) runs.
plus bazillions of other boattrips from there :cool:
 
Yep, runs all day. We stay at the Tagomago and get if we are feeling lazy!

It's not too bad a walk into San An though
 
Me and mate stayed in the bay 2 years ago and found the walk to the egg was about 30 mins. I'm staying in the bay again this year so will probably get a taxi or are there some local buses?

I think more of a problem is when getting back to San an bus station after a night out as I don't remember seeing any taxies at the station, only at the strip.

I've tried remembering how we got back when we stayed there last time but there's just a hole in my memories for that :O lol!

Suggestions welcome !

is there a water taxi from port des torrent to san an central?

I am staying at the Holiday village seaview (formerly country club).

First time i have stayed so far round san an bay but it is also my first time taking a two year old so should be a different experience to the last 12 ibiza trips!!!
