San An compared to?

Which one is the most similar to it or is San An in a completely different group basically

I've only been to Zante of the places you mention. They're similar but different. I'd go back to San An over Zante any day, but I'd go back to Fig/Ibiza Town over San An any day. Zante and San An are similar in that they're both full of binge drinking Brits and have some natural beauty. But Ibiza obviously has a better music/club and drug culture, while also being more expensive.

JV think you need to qualify that a bit - Zante isn't full of binge-drinking Bits any more than Ibiza. Laganas may be, an equally tiny spot on a very special island .... and it's far worse than San An for it. At least San An has significant swathes of it not too affected whereas Laganas is a basically a Bossa-esque tourist strip with cheaper drinks, higher % of boozy behaviour and rubbish music.

Aye, you're right. I was thinking Zante = Laganas (even though I've also stayed in a smaller resort on Zante), assuming the OP was asking about the partying side of things.

Without having access to the data, I would take an educated guess that the average age in San Antonio's bars and clubs is mildly older than that of Laganas. Only because it is a more expensive destination and the perception (at least the old one) is that is caters towards a more niche music market, whereas Laganas is commercial.
However, I doubt it's enough of a gulf that you would notice.
Like Zante, Ibiza attracts the whole spectrum from families with newborns to OAPs. Depending on which parts you're likely to frequent, you might think San An is a place for youngsters only (as another thread has demonstrated).

The West End of San An isn't a lot different to the resorts you mention, but the big difference in San An is what you can do before and after a night on 'the strip'

Before you have the Sunset Strip and Cafe Mambo and Del Mar after you are a taxi or discobus away from some of the most famous clubs in the world watching some of the biggest DJ's in the world.

Average age is a bit higher I'd say its 25 plus in San An these days but I don't see that as a bad thing, at that age you can handle your beer, better than a load of over excited 17 year olds.

Overall depends what you want, if its just beer and bars there's cheaper options but Ibiza has a lot more to offer and personally I coulden't do a 'party' week anywhere else now.
