sandcastles still sounds so good. Such a great club record. I think it was Joey Negro who I first heard play that out at the rhythm factory about 5 years back - absolute pandemonium, a real head-exploder especially when teased in after something quite dark. Then I seem to remember for about 5 months after basically any DJ worth his salt was jumping on board

not heard that john daly mix before - a NEED!

Yeh my thoughts entirely, beautiful record and wish it hadn't have been snapped up by Defected. At least they didn't put another vocal over it.
Think I stumbled across the John Daly mix of Mental Generation whilst looking for another track, the Revenge remixed it as well. Only a couple of sites I found that sell the new mixes though.

I've got the original/underworld mixes on vinyl, which would be amongst the first things I rescued in a fire!

need this Daly mix too - *very good DJ too if you ever get the chance

as for the revenge - done some good stuff - eg electronic 'getting away with it', hearing that at the end of the night - aah, magical 8)

Yeh I've got the original mix on vinyl, always wished it didn't have the vocal but guess in 1990 it didn't seem so bad. Only picked up the Underworld versions a few years ago.
Big fan of John Daly's productions but not seem him play before, will do when I can.
