Any answers.

Does anybody know if there will be car park charges for Salinas this year, following the erection of a very stylish cabin at the entrance last year?

Which car hire companies are located inside the terminal building at Ibiza airport?

Any news on Frankie Valentine sessions this summer? (Apologies for club related?)

Car Parking At Ses Salinas Beach.
This summer the problems of parking at Ses Salinas beach are supposedly going to be partially solved by the opening of 2 pay to park car parks. They have been given the go ahead by the Balearic Government & are at present being made ready for opening. It is thought that it will cost a maximum of 2€ to park the car for the day by the beach & one of the car parks will have a capacity for at least 300 vehicles & the other will hold 400.

Sad to hear it. :x

They should never have cut the trees down.

Thanks for the photos.

I was on Salinas beach on Saturday ( got back today - sob sob ) and the car park has a board at the entrance stating Motos € 2 and Coches € 5 - which even my Spanish translates into motorbikes and cars. I drove around the car park and up against the sand dunes as usual and there didn't appear to be any charge ;)

so it was thought that it would cost a maximum of 2€ to park the car for the day but
it really costs 5? :?

ba$tard$!!

update :!:

Pay To Park In Ses Salinas.
The first of the 2 pay to park car park areas near the Ses Salinas beach, which have recently been granted official licenses, opened last week for Easter. Charging 5€ for cars per day & 2€ for motorbikes the new car park has a capacity for 300 vehicles & attracted some custom despite the cloudy weather over most of the Easter weekend. A second car park will be opening shortly with the same prices & will hold around 500 vehicles.
Add these prices for parking at Ses Salinas to the reports of sun beds & drinks etc supposedly costing quite a lot at the trendy beach, a day out Ses Salinas will soon only be a viable proposition for the island's most wealthy residents & visitors.
