Yet more changes - the only beds & parasols you can get now on Salinas are directly in front of the 4 beach bars & for 2 normal beds & a parasol the price is €40 - are they trying to price out the "normal" holidaymaker ?
It certainly looks that way.
 
in theory, that can't be correct. I haven't been to salinas this summer yet, but as it's part of san josé district, IIRC the maximum price they can charge for normal beds and parsols is 9€ / day per item (so two beds and a parasol would total at 27€). of course bali beds are excluded of that.

McR, do you know any more on this? have they gone up with the minimum price and I've not seen it?

The way they bundle it - is €10 for a parasol €10 for a bed then €5 for a white sheet on the bed

ok so you tell them you don't want no white sheet - they can't force you to have one. then you get it for 30€ and thus this is the new official maximum price
