This is a very sad news to see that most people in public are afraid to help a child that's being grabbed by an adult by the arm in the street and the child is screaming "LET GO! YOU ARE NOT MY DAD! SOMEONE HELP ME!" and people on the street just look while walking away from the situation and don't come to the child's aid.
My teacher once told us we should all look out for the children as regardless if they are your own or not. Unfortunately, many do not see it that way.

it is sad.. as that woman said.. people always think someone else will do something
