5k i could handle that 8)

figures with u being an exact replica of a human.

was only £10 2 yrs ago, mind you the richmond park course was a funking hard one.

£32... prob decide on pay day.

Pity I'm at the other end of the country, I'd be up for this. Run regularly, did 6 miles last night and Wednesday night and maybe this afternoon if I have time. Run for an athletic club and have done 9 Great North Runs, 2 of them in under an hour and a half! Used to cover 1,500 miles racing & training every year! 8O Still hold the club record for running the most races in one year around '96, from Jan 1st to Dec 31st I did 54 races! 8O

Does that fee cover one run or the years activities?

Chewie...the only marathon you could finish has nuts & caramel in it!!!

good job its a 10k and not a marathon then isnt it...

details on the runlondon site about what you get for the £32.

think loads of training runs will be had, but not being in london makes it difficult.

do get a free dri fit shirt tho!

seriously, dont matter, just go for a run 3x a week, building up to the target distance, which in this case is 5k?? when i did a marathon, i spent 6 weeks building up to it, i never ran the full 26 miles in training, just got to astage where I could run 15miles comfortably then I was ready. Did it in just over 4hrs ;)

on the upsides for this yrs run(s) is that hopefully the courses are nice and flat, and have a even number of spectators around the course.

hate running to the sound of patterting feet and wheezing (mainly mine).

i wanna start running again, so sod it, may as well enter and have something to aim for.
