There are a few places in San Antonio that I know of, The Ship and Joe Spoons, but im not aware of any in Bossa. Im sure there is somebody taking bets there.
Think you're prob better off sticking a couple euro in a internet cafe & placing bets online through a British bookies. Not the same, granted, but more practical imo
