Rocks painted blue

OK last question for now. We were driving around the island and on a number of occasions passed first tracks with largish rocks painted blue atbthe mouth.

Any idea what this signifies?

Yeahm there are loads of good walks to do on the Island, and many have markings along the way (blue stone, otr a blue mark painted on a rock) to show you that you're going the right way. They have helped us out a few times
