rock jumping

eyup, first time to Ibiza on the 6th of July and cant wait! Is there safe enough places on and around the Island to go jumping off the rocks into the sea?

Also just wondering if there are many bungee type rides like those ejection seats that shoot you up in the air? Its my 18th out there so I think its going to be the best 18th ever!

i can say without hesitation that it will be your best 18th ever as you only actually have one. there are however, two bungee rockets in ibiza, in san antonio and playa den bossa.
as for rock jumping you will find rocks all round the coast which are close enough to the sea to jump from. can i suggest you test the depth of the water in the area before you actually leap into mid air?
 
hehe I meant it in a way that it will be the best 18th in the History of 18th's! I shall take your suggestion into consideration also :P

Please please please take care on the rock jumping - enjoy, but be very very careful in checking your "landing site" before you leap.

at the end of talamanca beach, beyond the pacha restaurant 'sa punta' is a 10 metre leap into deep water.

i have never done it, so make sure you take a snorkel and mask and check out exactly where you leap, but is is very popular amongst the locals.

apparently near portinatx (or so a local told me) there is a 20 metre jump - but i don't know exactly where that is?

any suggestions mc?
