Yeah you're stayin at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel (used to be Club Pariaso). The main Ibiza Rocks events take place at Bar M, which is about a 15 minute walk away.
In San Antonio you've got the West end which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel (30 minutes on the way back), thats where all the bars are for your cheap/warm up drinks.
Then theres 2 clubs in San An; Eden and Es Paradis that both have a variety of different club nights but the music is normally more commercial than elsewhere and this with the close proximity to the West End is why people say they attract more 'chavs'.
In Ibiza town there is El Divino and Pacha.
El Divinos has Hed Kandi on Saturday, which plays funky/sexy house, the clubs a spectacle by the harbour and hed kandi always attracts lots of ladies.
Pacha plays mainly house, you'll have hear of David Guetta, he plays on Thursday nights.
Amnesia has 2 trance nights, which you say you don't like but Cream will still be worth going to, just for the experience, with the ice cannons etc. If not I think they do a foam party on a wednesday.
Make sure you do the ultimate Ibiza experience; Bora Bora and Space on a Sunday.
Start early and party all day, even if you're not in to the music you'll still be taken by the vibe.

not sure what you mean by west end though?
How far is it from the main strip?
how much would your recomend taking?

west end is where all the bars are u wont get lost! unless your too drunk and following a girl...ahaha that happens all the time!

U cant miss the west end m8, slap bang in the middle of San An- 150 pubs crammed into 2 blocks
And a minute walk from the beach8)
