I saw him at the Big Chill last year. Amazing charisma. He sat on a stool in a big golden kaftan and leaned into the mic every now and then and went 'uh-huh'

RIP to both. I watched Ocean 13 Saturday with Bernie Mac and then Sunday night watched Shaft so came as a shock yesterday to here this sad news. Tonight i'm going to watch Tiesto, the Put On A Donk On it Crew and Eastenders!

The Bernie Mac show was one of the funniest sit coms I had seen. I am not usually a great fan of American comedy but this was up there with the best.
