We used e-move or e-motive in San Antonio. Get refered to them by the guys in wooden hut outside linekers on the beach doing all the water sport sales. They are actually cheaper than walking in to the place direct.2 mibs away from linekers is the shop itself.

Very professional and honest as we thought we damaged car and they told us it was broken before we rented it.
