Perched on a hill just above Sol d'en Serra beach, flanked by cliffs and nestled in a cove of the utmost beauty 1km from Cala Llonga, sits Amante. In terms of location, this one is hard to beat, and we weren't the only ones glad to see it open again for the summer last night.
