i know this has possibly been posted before, but i can't find the post, does anyone know the name of the restaurant that is converted monastery just out of San An?

If you like fish have the salmon baked in a rocksalt crust.... UNF*CKINGBELIEVABLE!!! My stomach is rumbling just thinking about it. Beautiful restaurant. And reasonable, considering it's pretty bloody posh...!
 
Agreed, quite possibly the best restaurant I've been to.

Fillet of Ox on a rock salt grill ........ mmmmmmmmmm ;)
