Reserving Tables at Restaurants

Can someone please give me an idea of how far in advance I should reserve a table for restaurants like Bambuddha Grove, KM5 or the Pacha restaurant? I'll be in Ibiza at the end of August/Beginning of September. Thanks!!!!

also just picking on the author of this topic:
Do the reastaurant's have a service compris included in the price of the menue?? Daft question i know but last weekend i visited London along with the missus & a few (6) friend's & we were shocked too find that we had an additional service charge of £14 on top of the already £100+ for the meal.

I tend to book the day before for most places, I booked Pacha a week before cos I new what vday we'd definitely be going. Bambuddah Grove was booked a couple of days before, they said they had one table available which we took. We booked Sa Capella on the day, we had to go really early to get the free table they had.

Thanks for the help! I was worried that I'd need to start booking a few weeks in advance. Glad to see that it can be done with just a day or so of notice.
