renting a villa in S.A or P.D.B around £10,000 price range!

Hi guys,
myself and 9 friends have decided that we are going to book a villa in ibiza for one week next July and looking at paying approx £1,000 each. my questions are;
1) can you get a villa for this price range
2) are these villas available in san antonio or playa d'en bossa?
3) have any of you guys done the same thing
Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
for that price range , yes you will be able to get a villa , probably a nice one.
They have villa's for rent on this very website
Whether you can find one close to pdb or san an that meets your needs is another question , they tend to be further into the countryside but with your budget you should have options.
Ive rented a villa through this site and it was a breeze. a friend rented one through ownersdirect also
 
thanks for the reply mate. talked with my friends and we have decided PDB over SA. yeah I did look on here but couldn't find one in PDB; nearest was sa Carroca (dont think my mates will be too keen on that cause its quiet lol). on ownersdirect , we found one ranging from 2,500 - 3,900 euros per week.

thing is they are not too keen on having loud music. have you/anyone had experience of using this villa or know of any other villas in the area which could accommodate music (not too loud haha). cheers

Sa Carocca is a 10min drive or less to pdb. When you have a villa its a good idea to have hire cars too. There are not many villa's walkable to the beach in pdb i dont think. Places that say they are close to pdb may well actually be in the Sa Carocca area as it is very close , but by car lol so try and find out exact locations
 
that's a really good point mate; cheers! we won't be hiring any cars, so i think the best option is to go for an apartment.found one called the gemini penthouse, is one of the dearest i think (pay for what you get i suppose) and is located right on bora bora beach, and is 2,800 euros which will save us hell of a lot of money and more cash for partying! couldn't find any reviews though!

if you want a party holiday with abit of luxury Id go for a top end apartment or stay in a nice hotel like Es Vive or something

MiniMarc is bang on. If I was in a Villa with friends I would want it to be semi rural, nice views, top notch facilities and hire a car/cars/people carrier and take it in turns to be the driving monkey.
A Villa on pdb beach? I just dont think the two are compatible. Es Vive has a great vibe and there are other fantastic boutique hotels, in or close to pdb/Ibiza Town. Good thing is, if there are lots of you, the costs of transport etc can be split.
 
how much are you looking at for Es Vive for a week? haha yeah ive got 2nd thoughts about a villa now! think we are going to book this gemini penthouse, seems pretty decent to me, just hope we can get at least a few hours sleep there!
 
when you have a villa you really feel 'away from it all' which if you wana party might not actually be ideal. But they are great if you chill and have bbq's etc

Maybe as much as 250euros a night for a double room, they sometimes do offers for early booking and 7 for 6 etc. they also do midweek deals so you could split your stay?
 
Es Vive is generally idiot free due to the price. Its a bit of a lifestyle hotel more than just a place to rest your swede. Music/live djs on pool terrace area, bbqs, late, late bar etc
 
es viva looks good, but like you said, its a little out of pdb, so probably just stick to apartments in PDB itself. has anyone heard reviews from the gemini apartments??
 
Have you looked on the airbnb website ? Some incredible properties on there and well within your budget !!
