Hello,
By searching the internet, I found a house on the site www.villasinibiza.com.
I read on the site to book a home it must give 50% on booking and 50% a month before our arrival in Ibiza.
Always on the internet I read that there were false rental agency.
Anyone know it this agency? Have you ever made ​​a reservation? could you confirm that this is an agency of trust?

The replies you will get here will all mainly be the same which is , if in doubt - book through Spotlight. All 100% guranteed with refundable deposits etc. I dont know that website myself perhaps someone else will. To be honest you might be abit late for getting good availability , villa's fill up fast especially the good value ones. If it looks too good to be true it very well might be. good luck!

i'm not sure how you can say that? holiday rentals is merely a portal for villa owners to display their wares - some of them may be trustworthy and others not and they could get away with a year's worth of 50% deposits before they were discovered and turfed off the site.
