Reloadable prepay credit cards

Hello does anybody know When hiring a car will a Reloadable prepay credit card expectable for the fuel and deposit ? this is the ones where a certain amount is loaded on to it. I have used a norman Credit Card but not seen any where which mentions these pre pay ones

I have found out Hiper Rent a Car, S.A. takes them

if you have enough money on the credit card to pay for the car rental, fuel and possible extras (like additional insurance, childseat, etc..) there will be no problem. We will accept your prepay credit card.
