i was out in my local bar can bernat last night when two guys came in brandishing a bunch of mint leaves.
they ordered a big jug, put them in it, added loads of ice, about 3 inches of fino (dry sherry) and a tin of 7 up then shared it with everybody else propping the bar up (which was just me). it was absolutely delicious and so frefreshing on a hot summer night.

the guy in the red shirt did tell me what they call this concoction down andalucia way but i, ahem, forgot the name.
