Recommendations for accom for 5 friends near Ibiza Town in July

Hi all, can someone recommend suitable accommodation for 5 friends visiting this July.

There will be five of us, 3 gay boys and 2 girls (all tidy and responsible) and were looking for somewhere near Ibiza Town. The consensus amongst the group seems to be were looking for :-

• Pool
• Air con
• Beach within a few mins walk
• Ibiza Town within 10-15 mins walk

I've stayed at Figueretas previously, but is that the closest town to Ibiza Town? What about Talamanca, is that about the same distance form Ibiza Town? Any recommendations would be great. Not sure price wise what our budget is, but I suspect we don’t want something too expensive. As long and its nice and clean and meets the above criteria, then I’m sure we’ll be happy.

Oh yeah, dates, I think we’re looking at arriving either 21st or 28th July for one week.

Figueretas would really suit you best .a stones throw way from ibizatown and playa den bossa.you will feel safe there as well.where to stay i could not say.
