Agreed - I went through a good spell of 6Music, their 'rotating' playlist can be a bit annoying and it is a bit pretentious or full of young hip families making falafel or something while listening. Dropped off when Shawn Keaveney went. Mary-Ann Hobbs will always have a dance mix on a Friday and does Techno Tuesday which is good, if you can stand her voiceBlessed Madonna at a weekend is decent as well
Tom Ravenscroft is a good bet for dance music on 6, though some might find his show hard going.
