quite nigth in Ibiza town

Where can we have a quite nigth in Ibiza town?, I mean a place to sit down and have a drink or two in a relaxing amosphere? we want two have a few of quite nigths but without goping to sleep at twelve o clock.
Any ideas?

Thanks Drew, but McR told us, as you sayd, that the Mao Rooms was not more and the people of El Divino wich are the new owners would not have it ready for this season.

Maybe I will try to go to this ones, but we wanted something that was really quite, drink seating down and avoid to all cost the situation: "facy going out" or "now we are in the mood for partying".

.....i like the plaza between the Vara del Rey and La Brasa....(Plaza del Parcs ?).......plenty of Bistros/bars....and a good atmosphere....sit outside with an Hierbas con hielo...mmmmm....perfect.....
 
If I'm having a night off and go to Ibiza Town Mikkak then you can't beat a nice restaurant in Dalt Villa, sit outside, eat some lovely grub, drink some good wine and watch the world go by :D

That's where we like to spend a quiet night too (but mine's a caipirinha!) - the Plaza del Parque. Not sure of the names of places we go to, but I'm sure one is called Madagascar. Very relaxed, and a different vibe from sitting at the harbour.
