... got back from Ibiza last weeek, and since then my skin has been so dry! Have tried loads of different moisturisers and baby oil etc, but nothing seems to be working. Anyone know of any good moisturisers that will help!

Cocoa Butter

Try Cocoa Butter moisturiser, works for me every time. Is also a great after sun cream and helps illiminate peeling.

Silvia your one looks like it could be worth a shot!

Usually use cocoa butter, but thats not helping at all, and e45 doesnt seem to make any difference either.

Need to stop drinking tea too, that can't be helping much!

Doublebase is for people with eczema, you can buy it at Chemists. It works wonders :)

I never put moisturiser on my body. If your skin is dry on the outside, it's because there aren't enough oils coming from the inside. Moisturiser offers only a skim of moisture but doesn't solve the problem.

I do, however, cover myself head to foot in almond oil (ask a chemist) as soon as I have towelled myself off after a shower, when I'm still a bit damp. This traps a bit of moisture against the skin.

To get more oils and nutrients coming through from the inside to the skin, which is the only way to cure the problem, eat walnuts and lots of oily fish full of fatty acids like sandines and mackerel, and use extra virgin olive oil. Wholemeal bread, cereals and brazil nuts will give you Selenium which combats the affects of the sun, although this would work better prior to your holiday.

Green tea is fantastic for the skin as is, of cause, water. Think what watering a droopy plant does to it.

To sort out your dry skin quickly, I would start taking flax oil (ask chemist)every day. You need to take quite a bit of it....maybe four capsules a day....but you will be amazed at what it does.

If I were you, I wouldn't spend money on the wax polish, I'd spend it on the fuel.

will definitely be checking out some of these, but have a problem with eating nuts, and almond oil as I have a nut allergy, so got to be extra careful.

Green tea is worth is shot, even if it does taste vile though! haha!

Cheers :)

Drink water, eat good and stop being such a nance. I'll be bugggared paying £10 for white liquid that does nought.
