Question about NIE Number

Since the issuing of the Royal Decree 240/2007 of 16th February (Articles 3.3 &
7.1), all visitors, including EU citizens, if you intend staying in Spain for more than 3
months

I will be in working a period no longer than 2 months, as a result i would assume from the above that I'm not needing to apply for an NIE?

Also if I do require one, on the form is asks you to state what the address in Ibiza you are staying at, but I won't have a set address, just the hotel i'm staying at for 10 days upon arrival!

you're talking two different things here drunky.

residencia is not nie. EVERYBODY who works leaglly in spain needs an nie.
