Question about Goa

My fiance and myself are getting married on Sept 16,07 and are thinking of honeymooning in India.

One of the stops we want to make is Goa. I know that the 'season' in Goa is from November to April, but I'm wondering what, if anything will be open in September?

Will there be any parties? Will there be any tourists that time of year? Or is it completely dead...
