A bit of advice please:

I'm going to Ibiza this year with another (non clubbing) couple.

I want them to experience Space (a week sunday) as they seem really keen, but to be honest I don't want it to be an ordeal for them as i won't enjoy myself if they aren't - so I was thinking of taking them a bit earlier then over to Bora Bora then maybe going back myself later.

What time do you think I should get to Space for? I was even thinking of taking them there about 12/1pm for a few hours just so it's easy going and relaxing. Do you think this will be too early (not for you veterans8) - for them)

What do you think / suggest?
 
I LOVE Space early afternoon, even if they're not clubbers they can't not like dancing on the terrace in the sunshine. I'd go then for a few hours and if it looks like it's getting too much for them then you can take them down to (the sanctuary of :lol: ) Bora Bora.

You never know they might love it so much you're dragging them out in a headlock at 6am Monday morning ;)
 
space around midday/1pm is excellent cos there is hardly a queue and the club won't be too busy. BUT the vibe/atmosphere will be obvious, even if a little toned down. i love it at this time too cos there is an air of anticipation around the music is much lighter and funkier (easy to listen basically);)

the good thing is that they'll be able to see it getting busier and more lively and atmosphere increasing and then it'll be up to them to decide if they wanna stay a bit longer or not, who knows, they might wanna stay??:D
 
Mate, in exactly the same boat as you, going with the misses and another couple and i'm planning on trying to take them to Space on Sunday 25th.
I know if I can get them there they will love the daytime music & atmosphere so I was thinking of heading over for around midday, having a few frothy badboys in Bora Bora and then onto Space.
Have the added problem that depending on how England get on they could well be playing that day although I know we could use the pass out to go and watch it and i'm sure there will be plenty of places in PDB to watch the game.

If England win group B then the game will be 5pm (Spanish time) so perfect time to use your pass-out after a few hours on the terrace in the afternoon.

There's loads of places in PDB to watch the football. The horrible bar under Jet shows it if you're desperate and want somewhere really close, a bit further up in PDB, Big Bens is ok.
 
btw, mrs russ and i usually go to space early afternoon, you really cant beat the vibe when its not too busy and you have room to dance

you hardly notice its getting busier and suddenly its 3am!!

dunno how that happens?!

I would love to have a date with you in Big Bens young man but unfortunately we're watching it in San Antonio (maybe Coastline) cos Tom is making me go to Gatecrasher Classics on the Tues night 8O :lol:

:lol: The things I do for Tom eh :lol:

I don't mind a bit of trance, as long as I've got a bottle of poppers attached to my nose then I can get down with the kids 8O :lol:

(The fact that there's nothing else decent on on the Tues night has made my agreement to go slightly easier :lol: ;) )

:lol: I'll brave Gatecrasher and be the bestest g/friend in the whole wide world ever ever ever and Tom will be forever more indebted to me :lol: ;)
