Just been rackining through my PVD Collection.
Just been listening to Politics of Dancing. He was very much Techno back then, seems to have opted for a trancier mood on the Reflections album.

Quite progressive and tech on disc one and more trancey on disc two. I wouldn't say his style has changed though. His own productions have always been quite trancey.
I've never described PvD as techno When i saw him @ Crasher 2 weeks ago he's far from a techno dj and never has been! He has started to play similar tracks to those often found in a tiesto type set which is unusual! He is far superior to anyone else in the trance scene though! the nearest to tech he will play is stuff like - Katana-Tribal shock etc which again, isn't even techno anyway.
