... as you are the oracle of Newcastle's nightlife, I need some info.

I need a restautant, somewhere special and expensive to take the missus on our anniversary in a few weeks.

we've done all the obvious one's - Jesmond Dene House Hotel, Cafe 21, Malmasion etc. Trying to find somewhere else

Could you reccommend any excellent places for a romantic meal?

(to be equally awkward I don't fancy the Flatbread Cafe for this night)
